About Our Mission

Our mantra is “We are dedicated to saving lives by eliminating Drunk Driving”

Co-Founders Carmen Dellutri and Tom Marquardt have seen first-hand the damage that drunk driving has done to the World and they wanted to come up with something that was proactive to solve this problem, seeing that decades long of Public Service Announcements in all forms, millions of dollars and untold work hours have been utilized and the problem still exists and in some places, has increased.  THIS MUST STOP TODAY.

The I’M DRUNK ® application was designed to be a “Two Clicks to Save Lives”, where the user, once they download our Emoji-Hope, they can rest assure that no matter where they go, they never have to worry about Driving Drunk.  It’s Simple, Free and our Mission is to change the social mindset of people about going out and being among friends and also about not driving drunk. By using your smartphone you are two simple clicks away from saving your life and the lives of others.

Our Team
Carmen Dellutri
Carmen Dellutri is the Founder and President of The Dellutri Law Group, P.A. He began his legal career in a small plaintiff's personal injury firm. Carmen actively litigates cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death on behalf of the victims. Additionally, the firm represents consumers in all forms of bankruptcy and consumer litigation. He encourages each member of the firm to be active in the community. Last year, the firm supported many charitable and civic causes by donating time and much needed capital to our community. Carmen and the other attorneys in the firm routinely speak to students and civic groups of all ages about various consumer issues.
Tom Marquardt
Tom Marquardt is a dynamic, professional, career-driven leader focusing on daily operations while continuing to be productive in a fast-paced sales environment since 1995 as an owner of Platinum PEO Resources and as a business consultant known as “The Profit Repairman®” for Platinum Inc. of Fort Myers.
Casey Byrus
Casey began working in the marketing and advertising world in 2007 and quickly realized it was her passion. She went on to graduate Cum Laude from FGCU with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, track in Public Relations and a Minor in Interdisciplinary Studies. Casey was not only born and raised in Southwest Florida, but she is also 3rd generation to this area. With such a long history, Casey considers Lee, as well as the surrounding counties, her back yard. Now, as a mother, Casey is dedicated to ensuring a safer world for our next generation.
Richard Hassad
Richard is a natural born entrepreneur. Having helped with his parents multiple business growing up, Richard knew the amount of time and education required to own and operate not just one, but two successful companies. He has extensive experience in insurance and technology. As an insurance provider, Richard is passionate about making the roads safe- after all, safer roads means lower auto insurance for all. As a technology consultant, he loves this concept of finally using an app for saving lives, not just distracting drivers.

In 2013, 28.7 million people admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol - that’s more than the population of texas.
